* ChibiOS 21.11.1 update.

* `uf2-tinyuf2` => `tinyuf2`

* Updated chibios-contrib, fixup preprocessor for tinyuf2 bootloader.

* Fixup keychron L433 boards.

* Makefile cleanup.
