[Keyboard] Add IDOBAO ID87 (#10577)
* Add IDOBAO ID87. * Layout changes. * Updated rules.mk * Implemented capslock led. * Updated readme to new version. * Fixed the info.info.json for the new layout. * Updated RGB number config.h. * Update rules.mk to try and line up nicely. * Fix via keymap.keymap.c * Fix all the auto-created labels. * Update keymaps again. * Add additional RGB commands. * Update keyboards/id87/info.json Format update.
